Breakdown of Resources by Subject Area

We have created resources which are available to all schools in England at:
Subject leaders gathered together to prepare resources that would be helpful for schools to engage in the new National Curriculum. The focus was around assessment and teacher support information. It is intended that, the website will be an ever changing resource to support schools in mastering the demands of the new curriculum.
The website will be added to as more resources become available.
Maths: A variety of resources to support the mathematics curriculum range from policy and calculation examples, assessment materials (electronic and paper APP style but linked to new curriculum), a Steps system for assessing pupils, medium term plans, progression grids and parents guides.
English: Resources support Reading, Spelling, punctuation, Grammar and poetry, a Steps assessment system for assessing without levels, grids that compare APP to new curriculum objectives and progression and transition grids.
Science: Progression overviews, planning exemplars and topic ideas for each year group, support information for ‘working scientifically’ and information on Solo taxonomy.
